Booking and Payments

How do I book directly with City SuperHost?

Simply browse our properties on this website, select your dates, and complete your booking. When you book direct with City SuperHost, you skip the platform fees charged by Airbnb and Booking.com, saving you up to 15% on every stay.

Why is it cheaper to book direct?

Platforms like Airbnb charge guests a service fee of up to 15% on top of the nightly rate. When you book through our website, those fees disappear. You pay less and we receive the same amount. Everyone wins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a charge. Please check the specific terms on your booking confirmation.

Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. We offer self check-in with secure key boxes or smart locks at all properties.

What is included in the apartment?

Every City SuperHost apartment comes fully equipped with fresh bed linen, towels, toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and a welcome pack. We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Is parking available?

Parking availability varies by property. Some apartments have dedicated parking spaces and others are close to public car parks. Check your property listing for specific parking information or contact us and we will help.

Are your apartments suitable for families?

Many of our apartments are family-friendly with multiple bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and safe, comfortable living spaces. Filter by the number of bedrooms on our properties page to find the right fit.

Who manages the properties?

City SuperHost is independently owned and operated by Matt and Steph, based in Manchester. We personally oversee every property in our portfolio. When you book with us, you are dealing with real people, not an algorithm.

How many properties do you have?

We currently manage over 80 professionally maintained short stay apartments across Manchester, covering popular areas including the city centre, Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Deansgate, and Salford Quays.

How do I get to Manchester?

Manchester is easily accessible by train (Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations), by air (Manchester Airport with direct links to the city centre via train and tram), and by car via the M60 and M62 motorways.
